HCA Responsibilities:
Planning and delivering a high standard of care.
Fulfilling allocated duties.
Working effectively and efficiently in terms of time management,
personal organisation and adherence to organisational procedures and work structures.
Cultivating positive relationships with residents and facilitating autonomy.
Requirement:
QQI LEVEL 5 or Equivalent in Health/social care.
